Why this programme?

Good teachers deserve good tools. Lesson notes, result computation, online training, presentations and parent communication all go faster with a laptop. But paying for one at once is hard on any salary.

The Teachers’ Laptop Ownership Programme makes it simple. Your school buys the laptops from Simplus on a four-instalment plan. Your school then arranges with its teachers how they repay, in a way that suits your staff.

No interest. VAT already included. One clear agreement between your school and Simplus Technology Ltd.

How it works

1. Register your school’s interest
Fill the short form below or send us a WhatsApp message. Tell us your school’s name, location and how many teachers are interested.

2. Quick school approval
We confirm your school’s details (registered name, address, ownership and the authorised signatory) and agree your first order. New schools start with a small first order, and you can order more once payments are up to date.

3. Teachers sign up through the school
Your school invites teachers to join voluntarily and agrees with each one how they will repay the school.

4. Sign one simple agreement
Your school signs one agreement with Simplus Technology Ltd. All four payment dates (the handover date plus your school’s next three paydays) are written into it before delivery.

5. Month-end handover
We deliver the tested, labelled laptops to your school at month-end. Delivery is free within Enugu metropolis. Your school pays the first instalment at handover, and each teacher inspects and acknowledges their laptop.

6. Three monthly instalments
Your school pays the remaining three instalments on its own payday in each of the following three months. We send a statement 5 working days before each due date, and a receipt within 2 working days of payment clearing.

Who can join? (Eligibility)

The programme is open to schools: private, mission and public schools. It is not open to individual teachers. To take part, your school should:

  • Be a properly registered school with a verifiable name, address and ownership
  • Have an authorised person who can sign agreements on the school’s behalf
  • Pay by transfer from the school’s own bank account
  • Be able to pay each instalment from school funds on the agreed dates, even if salaries or staff repayments are delayed
  • Provide simple evidence of stable operations and payment history when asked

Public schools will need the relevant government or agency approvals before taking part. We’re happy to guide you on what we need.

Teachers join voluntarily through their school, and their repayment arrangement is with the school only.
